Shipping Policies

All orders ship free to any address in the Continental United States via standard USPS.

Priority and expedited shipping are available on request of the customer at checkout, but the actual shipping charges will be assessed.  For returns, refer to the RETURNS POLICY.

 

Order Processing Time

Most orders received before 1PM PST Monday through Thursday will ship out the same day.  Orders placed after 1PM PST on Sunday through Wednesday will ship out the following day (excluding holidays).  Our offices are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays so orders placed after 1PM PST on Thursday or during the weekend will not ship out until the following Monday.

 

Order Shipping Times

1928 uses both USPS and UPS for most domestic shipping.  We reserve the right to choose the carrier which will ship your package.  1928 is not responsible for unanticipated shipper delays such as weather, acts of God, or shipper routing issues.

 

International Shipping

1928 Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied and or applicable to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).  1928 Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items for international orders.  Delivery times vary by destination but can take up to 30 business days.
