Each product listing includes specific material details.
Do you carry hypoallergenic or nickel-free jewelry?

Is your jewelry made in the USA?
1928 Jewelry has been designing and creating fashion jewelry in the United States since 1968. Many of our pieces are still handcrafted right here in the U.S.A. Browse our Made in USA collection to shop American-made styles.

Our Mystery Jewelry Packages are a fun way to discover new pieces at an incredible value. Each package is hand-curated by our team and contains a surprise assortment of jewelry worth significantly more than the purchase price. They also make wonderful gifts!
Jewelry Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
A few simple habits will keep your 1928 pieces looking beautiful for years:
- Put jewelry on last — after applying perfume, lotion, hairspray, and cosmetics.
- Remove before water exposure — take off jewelry before showering, swimming, or washing dishes.
- Avoid chemicals — household cleaners, chlorine, and beauty products can damage finishes.
- Wipe after wearing — gently buff with a soft, dry, 100% cotton cloth to remove oils and perspiration.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Use a soft, dry, clean cotton cloth to gently polish your pieces after each wear. This removes oils, perspiration, and any residue that could cause discoloration over time. Do not soak in water, use jewelry cleaning solutions, ultrasonic cleaners, or apply heat — these can damage the finishes and materials.
How should I store my jewelry?
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or a compartmented jewelry box. Keeping items from rubbing against each other prevents scratching, tangling, and dulling of finishes. Avoid tossing pieces together in an open dish or drawer.
