1928.com wants you to be completely satisfied. 1928 offers a 30-day from delivery money back guarantee. 15 days for clearance items. (Items must be returned to 1928 by the 30-day or 15-day mark in order for the refund to apply.)1928 accepts returns of unworn, undamaged products with the tags intact. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please attach a copy of your packing slip along with the filled out return label, and returned merchandise reason form from the return label. We do not allow exchanges unless the item arrived damaged. If you would like a different item other than the one received, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
All refunds can only be credited to the original credit card. Please expect for up to 30 days to see the credit.
Please make sure the jewelry is packed safely and send it to the following. We are not responsible for lost packages. Before sending out the package, we advise you to get a tracking confirmation number from the post office.
