Order Processing
Most orders processed before 1:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday Pacific time will generally ship out the same day. Most orders processed after 1 p.m. PST will usually ship out the next business day. On some occasions jewelry ordered may not be in the Web site inventory location and needs to be transferred from the main 1928 warehouse. In those circumstances a note "waiting for stock transfer" will be noted in your account and it may take an extra day to ship out the order.

Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday so most orders received after 1:00 p.m. PST Friday will ship out Monday. Exceptions may include United States National Holidays, company holidays, natural disasters (we are in Southern California!), etc.

Order Shipping Times
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for most domestic shipping and The United States Postal Service for international shipping; their shipping times can greatly vary. International shipments may require you to fill out customs paperwork and pay a tariff to pick up your order.

We reserve the right to change the carrier which will ship your package. 1928 cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.

1928.com wants you to be completely satisfied. 1928 offers a 30-day from delivery money back guarantee. 15 days for clearance items. Due to health concerns we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings that have been removed from their packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days with the tags intact. Please send the merchandise along with a copy of the packing slip. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All refunds can only be credited to the original credit card.
