Inventory
Many of our products are seasonal and may only be manufactured once and are subject to change without notice. When they sell out we may or may not manufacture more. The majority of items in our clearance section are discontinued and we may run out of stock at any given time. In the event that inventory levels were incorrect and you pay for an item that is out of stock we will refund your payment.
Orders
We reserve the right to cancel an order to anyone for any reason. If your order is cancelled you will be refunded the full amount of your order.
Lost Shippments
In the event that an order does not arrive, you have 30 days from the date the order was shipped to file a claim, 45 days for international orders. To file a claim call 800-729-0042 or use the contact us form at the bottom of any page on 1928.com.
